This past Monday Angelique and I donated our photography services to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). It was the annual Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Golf Classic . We were so honored to be asked to cover this special event. and It felt so good to lend a hand for an awesome cause! We worked directly with PR representatives Bailey White & Meghan Wright of CHOP. They were sooo helpful and optimistic all day(despite the early morning rain). This was a rescheduled event that was cancelled last month due to heavy rains. We were all crossing our fingers The sun came out just in time for the shotgun start! Joni Blum from LSL organized the silent auctions and was a huge help with all the events throughout the course of the day.

Here is proof that capturing moments for us doesn’t stop when the wedding is over. Starting a family is just the start of another journey in a couples life. A journey the Leon and Ngoc trusted us to document. It is a time that we are so happy to experience with them! Our couples love pictures even after the wedding! Especially when they are photographs of their little ones. This is Caden, Born January 28th, 2008 to the proud parents Leon and Ngoc Chow. We photographed their wedding on October 9th, 2005 at Cairnwood Mansion. Time flies right? Seems like we just did their wedding, their beautiful symbolic outdoor ceremony is still a moment I remember well. It is so nice to see our couples again and seeing them with a beautiful new baby is just an amazing sight. They have so much love to give, Leon’s face just shows how proud a dad he is and how much he cherishes his new son! They plan on doing a series of shoots, documenting and capturing the moments of Caden growing up. I can’t wait to put together their storybook!

On Sunday March 30th Jana and I documented Elle’s Blessing celebration. It was a beautiful day for this event that was held in an open air chapel in Greenville DE. Joined by family and close friends it will be a day I will remember for quite some time. As a surprise and gift for the family we created some really nice cards for Mom and Dad. These 2 sided custom cards were designed by Jana utilizing water color paper and colors that matched the surroundings of the unique chapel. Thanks you for including us in this important celebration

First Communion for Saige (7 almost 8), we had a really fun shoot on Sunday and nice time with Mom(Karen) and Dad(David) too! We did some formal shots, but it was the fun spinning and jumping shots that Saige liked more. Mom says she is a real tomboy, but you would never know that from how pretty she looks in her Communion dress. Jana was assisting and shooting and most importantly making everyone laugh and feel at ease.

Congratulations to Maddie for turning 16 and to the great party she had in Philadelphia! Fun for all! She had an idea to have a backstage pass made for her invited guests. We did a studio shoot(Maddie had a great time!) and Jana came up with a really nice design for the BSP. We printed over 200 4″x 5 1/2″ passes, laminated them and ordered custom lanyards for the guests to wear them around their neck. Her friends loved them! It was the hit of the party. Fun, Fun, Fun! Thanks Maddie and Mom for including us in your celebration.
